200 High Power Apertures have handled up to 200 MW/CM 2. The
substrates material is a newly developed alloy that has been
used to spatially filter a 20 watt argon laser beam when approached
properly.* Purposely a thin substrate of.ooo5 inch thickness
is used resulting in lower laser power loss. Dustproof re-useable
packages are supplied with each order. |

Series
30 Air Slits are available from 25-500 micron slit width. Each
slit is micro machined in a 3/8 inch (9.5mm) diameter disc .0005
(13um) thickness with a slit lenght of 3mm. Tolerances are plus
or minus 10% or better. |
